It's been a while since I have posted. Just busy with life and trying to budget my time. Not sure that I'm doing it the right way but things are getting done.
I have been really good during the week. I eat and drink clean. I'm sticking with smaller portions and it just gets easier and easier. On the weekends I tend to indulge but I don't go over board. I'll have drinks with everyone on Friday, maybe go out to eat, but I eat small portions and tend to order the healthiest thing on the menu. I know if I didn't drink at all and didn't eat from restaurants I would see better results. I don't care. Not right now. I am creating healthier habits for myself while still living my life.
I weighed myself this morning. I am really pleased with it, folks. I have lost 11 pounds! It's been about a month now. I am so pleased with my results. Because I am so heavy, no one can see my weight loss yet. And that's ok. I can feel it. My jeans fit better, some are a little baggy now. My bras and shirts fit better. I feel better. I am really happy and really motivated. I can't wait until I get to 20 pounds :)
